It seems like the trends in teens depends on the popular singers and bands.When Britney Spears was popular, it was common for girls to walk around in mini skirts and belly shirts.When NSYNC was popular, guys would be scene wearing bagging pants with their hair bleached.No that Panic!at the Disco and Fall Out Boy are popular it is less common to see baggy pants and more common to see guys wearing girls pants.Beyonce is popular and more girls are wearing South Pole and Apple Bottom jeans.It seems that the person who has the most press coverage is the person we all seem to strive to be like. They are the posters on our wall, the CDs in our stereo, the song stuck in our head.They are who we become, well, at least untill someone new comes along. Why is that? Is it the glamorous life style they have, their feeling of independance?Is it because we want their lifestyle? We want to go to the parties and the awards, kiss the hot males on the movies ,or smash our guitars on stage and be loved for it? What is it that is so appealing?
